MUSIC PURCHASE & LIMITED-USE AGREEMENT

By purchasing or accepting a project from Lisa Holbrook Music, the customer agrees:

Ownership

All original lyrics authored by Lisa Holbrook remain © Lisa Holbrook. Payment and delivery do not transfer copyright, authorship, or ownership to the customer.

Creation Method

Music from Lisa Holbrook Music is human-generated with AI assistance. Lisa writes, arranges, produces, curates, and finalizes each project. AI tools may be used as part of the creative process, but the finished work reflects Lisa’s original human authorship and creative direction, and her rights in that work remain protected under this Agreement.

Personal Projects

Unless purchased specifically as a business advertisement or jingle, the final audio or video is licensed for personal, noncommercial use only.

Business Advertisements and Jingles

Customers purchasing a business advertisement or jingle receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial-use license for the final delivered sound recording and/or video. These finished files may be used to advertise or promote the named customer’s own business, products, or services.

Commercial rights apply only to the finished audio and/or video. The lyrics are not sold and may not be copied, re-recorded, adapted, transferred, licensed, or resold separately. Lyrics may only be heard or displayed as part of the finished advertisement or jingle.

Prohibited Uses

No project or portion of a project may be resold, sublicensed, redistributed as standalone content, uploaded to music-distribution or stock-media services, sampled, remixed, or claimed as the customer’s original work without written permission from Lisa Holbrook.

Acceptance

The license begins after full payment, applies only to the customer or business named in the order, and covers only the final files delivered. Payment for or acceptance of the project confirms agreement to these terms. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Lisa Holbrook.
